Program of the excursion

Departure to the archaeological site of Volubilis will be at 9am. Your first stop will be at Sed Chahed to enjoy a mesmerizing panoramic view. You will then arrive at Volubilis, which you will explore with a local guide. afterwards, you will be able to visit the city Moulay Idriss Zerhoun which houses the sanctuary of the founder of the Idrissid dynasty. You will then go to the city of Meknes where you will be able to take your lunch (optional) to perform after a guided tour of the city which includes: Bab El Mansour, the Mellah, the El Hdim Square, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the Souanis basin and the souks. You will be back in Fez around 16h.
